In 2021, the London Bridge Rotary Club minted the 50th and final edition of our long-running Londin Bridge Commemorative Coin Series. The 50th coin commemorates the London Bridge 50th anniversary in Lake Havasu City and the 50th anniversary of the London Bridge Rotary Club. The coin was so popular it completely sold out. No additional coins will be minted.
One side of the coin features the famous London
Bridge and the Rotary symbol. It also displays the 50th Edition
badge with the 50-year timeline of 1971-2021.
The flip side of the coin characterizes this year’s (2020–2021) coin
theme “London Bridge Havasu & Rotary Coin 50 Years” with balloons and fireworks.

Coin history:
This
coin program was originated to honor the relocation and reconstruction of
the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City and provide a fund-raising vehicle for
the many charitable and community projects of the London Bridge Rotary Club.
The club released the first coin, the "Havasu Dollar,” in October
1971. That coin was so well received by the community and visitors that the
Club decided to continue the project. A new London Bridge Rotary
Commemorative coin has been released every October since then and coincides
with the annual anniversary celebration dedicating the London Bridge in Lake
Havasu City, Arizona. The coin program ended with the release of the 50th edition coin.
This very successful coin project has allowed the London Bridge Rotary Club to contribute close to $2 million dollars to many community charities and projects as well support Rotary International projects throughout the world.
